and then, for the second time in the history of the world, man will discover fire.” Teilhard de Chardin

Personal Truth
Everything in this dimension is a relationship. We are connected at the utmost energetic level and vibrationally speaking everything affects everything.
We go through our life, building relationships. We build ourselves, our families, our work, our homes, our careers, and our lives. Every aspect of our world is based on how we connect or do not connect with one thing or another. Relationships are a basis to our life. These are our connections that define us or break us.
Relationships seem to be a web of complication. This is because we are missing important links to understanding these relationships. What we have been taught in our schools and through our generational families and cultures are misleading and riddled with confusing and conflicting information. Tidbits of truth remain among waves and waves of misinformation that has been now proven incorrect or faulty.
All Relationships Start with Knowing Thyself
Our world is defined by the way we look at the world, the way we act within the world and what we believe about the world. The journey starts with knowing ourselves and stems into the reflection we hold with others. Learning to be with ourselves and then be with others is vital. Being in relationship is a give and take with ourselves and with others. Learning to communicate in love is vital within a relationship with ourselves and others.
We are raised in a world of dysfunction. We are not taught how to have healthy relationships, how to communicate in love, how to have empathy and share our feelings and how to relate well.
We cross healthy boundaries, we put our dysfunction on others, we act in fear and hate and we lose the way of our selves and those we love.
We need to reshape how we deal with others and how we deal with ourselves. We do not at our core believe in who we are and why we are here. We seek to others as victims to prop us up and make us more.
The truth is we are more. We can have good relationships. We can love ourselves and those around us. We can open our channels of empathy and feel those beyond our being. We can ground ourselves deep in who we are and be strong. We can connect to our higher selves and seek the higher path on all roads.
The web of complication about our interpersonal relationships can be cleared away, the shadows released and we can move beyond the smoke to a purer relationship that embraces our deepest essence and brings forth our brilliance.
Like an onion, we go on layer at a time. Key is journeying all the way to the core to find ourselves and our personal freedom.
Everything is an Energetic Connection
To understand relationships we need to understand some new ideas and principles that have been forgotten or hidden from our very eyes.
We are not our material bodies and we are not of this linear time. Everything in this dimension is made up of energy. Let's repeat this simple statement. EVERYTHING in this dimension is made up of energy. We are all made of the same STUFF. The only difference is our harmonic frequencies that we are resonating at within this time and space. That rock, your foot, the ground under your feet, the walls between your rooms, your best friend, everything is energy. All energy is connected.
We are energetic beings operating on harmonic frequencies. Our energy is neither created nor destroyed. Our energy is connected to all other energy and if either affected by or affects all that is connected. When we do not understand our own energy, we are left at the whim of the energies influencing our energy.
By learning about our own energy, the sources and influences of our energy and how we connect to other energy, we learn ways to affect our own energy. This process allows us to gain energy, release energy and change energy in ourselves and in our environment.
We are not taught about energy or how to use energy. Most of us are unaware of energy medicine and affecting our wellness at the energetic level.
To understand our relationships in life is to understand energy. There is a full spectrum of energy. Each of us has the potential to operate within this spectrum. We do not kill or cut off the lower energies of this spectrum. Actually, we learn to operate in the desired level of frequency. Like turning on a light, the darkness is gone. We did not have to force the darkness away. We just had to illuminate to room. Enlighten our being. Act within the frequencies of higher vibrational energy and the lower vibrational energies no longer are affecting the environment.
Like energy attracts like energy. When we are operating in a lower energy we are drawing similar energies to us. When we are operating in higher energies we draw that energy to us.
The first step is to realize the energy and learn to use the energy.
Relationships Stem from Our Beliefs
Life is what life is, and we are who we are. That is a simple truth.
What shapes our life is what we believe, how we feel and what we do.
Our choice over our beliefs, feelings and actions shapes our attitude in life. The most devastating situation can be confronted by untold actions or reactions. Life is how we frame it. Ultimately we do not have the power to control and force our life to be one way or another, just as we cannot force any one in our life to be one way or another. When we use force as power over a situation or another person we create a ripple in our universe that does come back onto our self and our wellbeing.
We can live in the illusion that we are controlling everything in our life and everyone, but the reality is that we truly are not. There is a price we are paying and somewhere in our soul that debt is being collected. We might not see or realize this now, but eventually we will.
A foundation who we are and all that we relate to is shaped by our beliefs. Our beliefs define what we think, how we feel and what we do. When our beliefs line up with our soul and our world, then our energy flows freely. This is complete our relationships are authentic and real. When our relationship with our beliefs and truths, our relationship with our self, our relationship with our environment and our relationship with the people in our community are all in tune with our essence, life is at the ultimate level. We find peace. When life is not aligned, we are spurred on to find the resistance and clear the impurities in our life to allow the free flow energy from our essence into this world. That is the natural flow in this dimension.
A truth we hold is a belief about life, all we experience.
When we build a belief due to an experience, historically true or not, we believe it to be real and true. We hold an emotional attachment to that belief. This shaded understanding affects every aspect of our self and our world. Our world is altered and shaped by this belief. Our feelings and actions stem out from that belief. Depending on that belief we are enlightened and set free or it becomes a burden or thorn in our side. This burden becomes a wound that we carry around with us and affects all our life.
The experience of life does not create our beliefs and our feelings about the situation. Actually we have the power and choice regarding our beliefs and feelings. The difference in getting up on the right side or wrong side of the bed is completely how we are looking at life. Our day progresses along by what we see and how we respond to each situation.
Life is life and we are who we are.
What kind of life do you want? The past and our childhood only have control over our future if we let it. We do not at this moment have control over our past. Right here and right now we do, we have control over what we believe, what we think, what we do and how we choose to act at any moment in time. That is our freedom of choice and our ultimate power.
Each of us makes a choice and hast to live with that choice every moment of the day. What do you decide?
Do you actually have faith, belief and trust in the MORE of life, in your truest essence and in the universe? What have you decided? The rest of your life depends on it! Choose well.
Do your own research...
Relationiships are Shaped by our Suffering
The foundation of all our relationships, inside and out, has to do with how healthy we are and how strong we are in our wellbeing. Life is life and we will encounter a wide variety of experiences. Ultimately, how we navigate each experience defines how intune we are with our essence, our life and the world.
Sometimes, if we are not in a healthy circumstance our past experience affects our soul in negative way creating wounds. If as a child we do not in a supportive loving environment, rips cause in our soul. These experiences sometimes are out of our direct control and not based on our choices here in this world. They might have to do with our agreements beyond this world, but not directly here.
This power is given to parents or those in our immediate environment. They set the foundation for all our relationships, our beliefs and how we respond to future events. The bestowed goal of parenting is to protect the well being of the child and teach them to live and be healthy, independent and strong as individuals in all their relationships. This is the foundation of thriving within this dimension.
Now that is another whole topic, but the point being that experiences in our childhood shape the person we grow into as an adult. We cannot change the past. We can change our belief about the past. By addressing the past experience we can come to terms with what we believed happened and can heal our wounds.
To take it a step further in regards to our harmonic vibrational frequencies and healing our blockage of energy directly will be discussed shortly. For now we are dealing with the linear, material experience and our belief about that experience within this physical plane.
In today's world, we as a culture are trapped by our wounds. Actually, our world sets us up to live into these wounds. Our culture relates to each other by our wounds. We feed our wounds. Our environment creates new would. All our life is set up to keep our wounds festering and alive.
Our wounds define us. The hurts we experience in the past keep us as victims into the future. We carry these wounds as burdens on our soul, as baggage. We have lost pieces of our soul through out our experience leaving us less than we really are, longing for our complete self.
The belief about a past experience does not necessarily have to be a historical account of a situation, but our impression about a situation. Once we have learned to relate through our wounds, we become chained to a world we don't want to live in. Caroline Myss calls this woundology. We give away our personal power when we live in our wounds. We bankrupt our energy system each day when we live through our wounds and all our suffering.
Only when we face our wounds can we call back our power and be free to have well being and live a happy life. Here we find the joy and the peace.
Suffering is relative. We truly cannot compare our sufferings, one to another. Our suffering is our own. Our experience is about our relationship between our self, our spirit and our world. The suffering shapes who we are and what we become.
Our well being depends on how we look at the world and how we shape our beliefs about this world. When we embrace our suffering and understand the truth about our beliefs and our self, we regain our power to have well being. Our world changes and we can reach unlimited potentials of life and achieve happiness.
THE SMOKEY MIRROR
Three thousand years ago, there was a human just like you and me who lived near a city surrounded by mountains. The human was studying to become a medicine man, to learn the knowledge of his ancestors, but he didn’t completely agree with everything he was learning. In his heart, he felt there must be something more.
One day, as he slept in a cave, he dreamed that he saw his own body sleeping. He came out of the cave on the night of a new moon. The sky was clear, and he could see millions of stars. Then something happened inside of him that transformed his life forever. He looked at his hands, he felt his body, and he heard his own voice say, “I am made of light; I am made of stars.”
He looked at the stars again, and he realized that it’s not the stars that create light, but rather light that creates the stars. “Everything is made of light,” he said, “and the space in-between isn’t empty.” And he knew that everything that exists is one living being, and that light is the messenger of life, because it is alive and contains all information.
Then he realized that although he was made of stars, he was not those stars. “I am in-between the stars,” he thought. So he called the stars the tonal, and the light between the stars the nagual, and he knew that what created the harmony and space between the two is Life or Intent. Without Life, the tonal and the nagual could not exist. Life is the force of the absolute, the supreme, the Creator who creates everything.
This is what he discovered: Everything in existence is a manifestation of the one living being we call God. Everything is God. And he came to the conclusion that human perception is merely light perceiving light. He also saw that matter is a mirror – everything is a mirror that reflects light and creates images of that light – and the world of illusion, the Dream, is just like smoke which doesn’t allow us to see what we really are. “The real us is pure love, pure light,” he said.
This realization changed his life. Once he knew what he really was, he looked around at other humans and the rest of nature, and he was amazed at what he saw. He saw himself in everything - in every human, in every animal, in every tree, in the water, in the rain, in the clouds, in the earth. And he saw that Life missed the tonal and the nagual in different ways to create billions of manifestations of Life.
In those few moments he comprehended everything. He was very excited, and his heart was filled with peace. He could hardly wait to tell his people what he had discovered. But there were no words to explain it. He tried to tell the others, but they could not understand. They could see that he had changed, that something beautiful was radiating from his eyes and his voice. They noticed that he no longer had judgment about anything or anyone. He was no longer like anyone else.
He could understand everyone very well, but no one could understand him. They believed that he was an incarnation of God, and he smiled when he heard this and he said, “It is true. I am God. But you are also God. We are the same, you and I. We are images of light. We are God.” But still the people didn’t understand him.
He had discovered that he was a mirror for the rest of the people, a mirror in which he could see himself. “Everyone is a mirror,” he said. He saw himself in everyone, but nobody saw him as themselves. And he realized that everyone was dreaming, but without awareness, without knowing what they really are. They couldn’t see him as themselves because there was a wall of fog or smoke between the mirrors. And that wall of fog was made by the interpretation of images of light – the Dream of humans.
Then he knew that he would soon forget all that he had learned. He wanted to remember all the visions he had had, so he decided to call himself the Smokey Mirror so that the would always know that matter is a mirror and the smoke in-between is what keeps us from knowing what we are. He said, “I am the Smokey Mirror, because I am looking at myself in all of you, but we don’t recognize each other because of the smoke in-between us. That smoke is the Dream, and the mirror is you, the dreamer.”
Don Miguel Ruiz, The Four Agreements
This world is so complicated and filled with smoke, we are living in the grey zone. Right and wrong is tied to the ever changing tides of the majority and politically acceptable beliefs. Our daemons from the Golden Compass have been severed from our souls to leave us to sway from one belief to another tethered to nothing solid and sure but the ever changing public opinion. Our foundations are outside and not deeply rooted in our souls. Our spirit set adrift and our self is lost. Sounds from our soul are smothered from all the noise of the world.
This is where we need to look at how we define health and wellbeing as a culture.
Quality of life is the degree of well-being felt by an individual or group of people. Unlike standard of living, quality of life is not a tangible thing, and so cannot be measured directly. It consists of two components: physical and psychological. The physical aspect includes things such as health, diet, and protection against pain and disease. The psychological aspect includes stress, worry, pleasure and other positive or negative emotional states. wikipedia.com
Health: In 1948, the World Health Assembly defined health as “a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.”… This definition is still widely referenced, but is often supplemented by other World Health Organization (WHO) health is “a resource for everyday life, not the objective of living. Health is a positive concept emphasizing social and personal resources, as well as physical capacities.” …The LaLonde report suggested that there are four general determinants of health including human biology, environment, lifestyle, and healthcare services.wikipedia.com
The goal of this journey is to rediscover our self through our soul to secure our foundation in our spirit. Life is about connections and relations, yet how can we have connections and relations if we can’t find our own self (our holistic being to include our soul and our spirit). Through our self we build strong relations with our world and the people of our world. If we are not right with our self, then we will never ultimately be right with anyone else.
The world is a fabric weaved together filled with distractions and deceptions. To understand our self and our life we have to find our way through the maze of life and untie the bonds that keep us enslaved to the grayness of life. This detangling of our entanglement is a process that only proceeds through the layers in which is was created to find the roots that keep us from our very souls.
This world has hidden the secrets to our survival and our true lives to keep us in bondage to promote the will of the few and set forth their agendas that only feed their advancement and their survival. It is time for us to stand up, to wake up and take back that which is ours. We rightly own our very souls and we have rights to our destinies. We were deceived into giving up these rights and only by reclaiming them can we take back our power.
The real choice in life is to keep right relations with our self and through our soul with our spirit (our connection with God) and with all those we encounter in our life. This starts seeing the smoke as the grayness that keeps us from our self, from our life and from our power. Seeing the smoke takes the power away from the smoke and over time we learn to keep our own power. By taking our power and placing it back with our soul we regain our power of discernment through our spirit. The world becomes black and white. The real choice is every choice. The real choice is making the ‘right’ choice with every decision that has to be made. Our right choice is not another's right choice. The rightness has to do with the relation to our self and no other. This is living the authentic life. When we are authentic we use our ultimate power. Through our ultimate power we become a conscious creator in this world.
Looking at these statements, think for a moment. If we are bankrupting our energy and our wellbeing through the dark shadow we carry filled with wounds we hide from, fearing being exposed and realizing the depths of the pain, we are causing our own suffering. This is the inner turmoil we carry when we do not clean out the depths of our soul and let the light in to brighten and enlighten our essence.
Do you see the parallels to our outer world as well? We uphold a life that is not true by living beyond our means and taking what we cannot afford. We have spread ourselves to thin and the time is now to pay the piper. Life is bankrupt and the old system does not work. The time is now to let the light of day into our darkest corners and realize our fears are no more than shadows. We can embrace and change all that keeps us bound and find our full free selves again.
It only takes a spark of light to chase away the darkness. With that glimmer of hope we see the shadows no more. The fear and solitude is gone, our perspective and attitude changes. Our truths and beliefs can be confirmed. Our life is now built on strong a foundation. From that point in the seat of our soul, we can relate at our highest and best energy with all.
Attitude
“The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude, to me is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, than education, then money, than circumstances, then failures, than success, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness, or skill. It will make
or break a company…
a church… a home.
The remarkable thing is we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past…
We cannot not change the fact that people will act in a certain way.
We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is plan on the one thing we have,
and that is our attitude…
I am convinced that
life is 10% what happens to me
and 90% how I react to it.
And so it is with you…
We are in charge of our Attitudes.” Charles S. Windoll
Stress in Life Affects All Relationships
Stress is an experience in life that causes a disruption in the ease of a situation. The stress is the failure to respond appropriately to a situation. Stress affects many levels of our experience beyond just the physical and emotional levels, and over time produces long lasting results in these areas of our body.
A key to all relationships is learning how to deal with stress and stressors. Learning to understand our navigation system and learning to navigate a situation allows us to process stress and prevent the blockages in energy that affect our well being and cause of all unhealth relationships.
"Some day the medical profession will wake up and realize that unresolved emotional issues are the main cause of 85% of all illnesses. When they do, EFT will be one of their primary healing tools .... as it is for me." Eric Robins, MD
Stress Management
Prolonged psychological stress may negatively impact health, such as by weakening the immune system. See negative effects of the fight-or-flight response. Stress management is the application of methods to either reduce stress or increase tolerance to stress. Certain nootropics do both. Exercising to improve physical fitness, especially cardiovascular fitness, boosts the immune system and increases stress tolerance. Relaxation techniques are physical methods used to relieve stress. Examples include progressive relaxation and fractional relaxation. Psychological methods include cognitive therapy, meditation, and positive thinking which work by reducing response to stress. Improving relevant skills and abilities builds confidence, which also reduces the stress reaction to situations where those skills are applicable. Reducing uncertainty, by increasing knowledge and experience related to stress-causing situations, has the same effect. Learning to cope with problems better, such as improving problem solving and time management skills, may also reduce stressful reaction to problems. Repeatedly facing an object of one's fears may also desensitize the fight-or-flight response with respect to that stimulus -- e.g., facing bullies may reduce fear of bullies.
Virtually every disease, physical or mental, is the result of one thing...
STRESS on the body's cells.
Having stressed out dysfunctional cells will naturally lead to disease because the body IS a community of cells.
As long as the underlying source of stress on the cells/body remains, the disease itself will always remain or return.
Remove all negative sources of stress and the body will heal itself. "Toxins", a nutrient deficiency, and negative emotions are what stress the cells.
Almost all degenerative diseases are because of at least one of these 3 things.
The vast majority of illness and disease is degenerative and preventable. Very few degenerative diseases, if any, are the result of genetics. The genes inside our cells change (turn on and off) according to the cell's environment. And the cell's environment is determined by our lifestyle CHOICES (diet, toxins, chemicals, emotions, stress). The gene inside the cell is a reflection of the cell's environment.
"Just like you and me, cells are shaped by where they live." - Dr. Bruce Lipton PhD
The gene is not the "brain" of the cell. The cell is not controlled by the gene.
Scientists have removed genes from cells (enucleation) and the cells continue to work normally. Genes and DNA are a part of cell function, but are not the cause of disease. We are not controlled by our genes. We control them with our lifestyle CHOICES.
Yes, we may be born with specific genes but they can turn on and off when you change.
Ultimately, our wellbeing and ability to relate to ourselves has to do with how we navigate any situation. Life is filled with experiences. These experiences challenge who we are. When we do not understand our whole bodies and how to navigate a situation, we become stressed. This stress affects everything. Our stress in any situation affects our inner world, our spirit, our body, our outer world, our family, our work, and our communities. Stress spreads over every aspect of our life and ultimately disrupts every relationship at some level.
Learning to understand stressors and how to navigate stress is vitally important to all our relations inner and out.
Relationships of Whole Being
We are made up of our mind, body and soul. This is an excepted belief. There is actually more levels to our existence. People would agree when we say that there is a level of our heart. And other too would say that spirit should be included in this list. Therefore, the levels to the human experience actually are made up of the body, heart, mind, soul and spirit. This is defined as the self. We are beings that exist and operate on many levels. And actually we are beings that reach beyond our perceived reality to exist and operate in many dimensions. We have our body that functions in our three dimensional experience of the world. We have our heart that relates to our energetic experience. Our minds are part of emotional relatedness. Our soul lives in our experience of the intuitive. Our spirit is in the divine realm.
Wellbeing depends on our ability to integrate all levels of our experience and allow the energies flow freely through our expression. We develop blockages in our experience which prevent our energy flow and dams up different levels of our being. This interconnected relationship causes unresolved stress to the system of our health as we define as dis-ease.
Healing is through life’s free flowing energies brings well being to different levels of physical, energetic, emotional, intuitive and divine aspects of our bodies of self. Therefore a key to our well being is our ability to navigate stressors in life that would cause the blockage or our ability to release old blockages that are preventing our current health and well being.
"A thought transfixed me: for the first time in my life I saw the truth as it is set into song by so many poets, proclaimed as the final wisdom by so many thinkers. The truth-that love is the ultimate and the highest goal to which man can aspire. Then I grasped the meaning of the greatest secret that human poetry and human thought and belief have to impart: The salvation of man is through love and is love." Viktor Frankl
There are essentials that we need in life to survive. Most of these essentials that first come to mind are for physical survival. Without air, water, food and shelter we will die. There are many levels to the human experience: body, heart, mind, soul and spirit. Each level has its essentials that bring forth well being in life. When our experience is not optimal and we do not receive the essential for the level of experience a blockage occurs at that level from that experience. This blockage has a ripple effect through all of experience and splinters our well being. The energy that would normally flow from the universe through our body back into the universe is clogged. Healing is through life’s free flowing energies brings well being to different levels of physical, energetic, emotional, intuitive and divine aspects of our bodies.
We are currently living in a fear based world reliant on out of date concepts of scarcity, survival of the fittest and a material linear world. The time is embrace new understanding of inspirational based world and move beyond the limitations of the old paradigm.
The highest vibrational energy in life is love. When we are embracing the feeling of love we are resonating at the love vibration. The healing nature of this frequency is unequivocal. When we tune in to this level of vibration we help others resonate at this level. The act or expression of love has the greatest potentials in our reality, and thus have the greatest effects on healing. The loss of love causes the loss of well being and the greatest dis-ease. In turn, love is one of the greatest aspirations and foundations in life.
How to be Human | Viktor Frankl
A human being is a deciding being.
Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.
Challenging the meaning of life is the truest expression of the state of being human.
Each man is questioned by life; and he can only answer to life by answering for his own life; to life he can only respond by being responsible.
Ever more people today have the means to live, but no meaning to live for.
Everyone has his own specific vocation or mission in life; everyone must carry out a concrete assignment that demands fulfillment. Therein he cannot be replaced, nor can his life be repeated, thus, everyone's task is unique as his specific opportunity to implement it.
Everything can be taken from a man or a woman but one thing: the last of human freedoms to choose one's attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one's own way.
Fear may come true that which one is afraid of.
For the meaning of life differs from man to man, from day to day and from hour to hour. What matters, therefore, is not the meaning of life in general but rather the specific meaning of a person's life at a given moment.
I recommend that the Statue of Liberty be supplemented by a Statue of Responsibility on the west coast.
Life can be pulled by goals just as surely as it can be pushed by drives.
Live as if you were living a second time, and as though you had acted wrongly the first time.
The last of human freedoms - the ability to choose one's attitude in a given set of circumstances.
Ultimately, man should not ask what the meaning of his life is, but rather he must recognize that it is he who is asked.
What is to give light must endure burning.
When we are no longer able to change a situation - we are challenged to change ourselves.
Ultimately | Viktor Frankl
So, let us be alert – alert in a twofold sense:
Since Auschwitz we know what man is capable of.
And since Hiroshima we know what is at stake.
Our Highest Potential Relationship
Our highest energy, love, is our salvation. Understanding our relationships is reliant on our abilities to understand our personal needs for love and the use of our love in regards to the love we have received, the love we have given, the love we have withheld and the love we have lost. All this love shapes our being and then our world. This is a major foundation to relationship of everything in this dimension and beyond.
"People say that what we're all seeking is a meaning for life. I don't think that's what we're really seeking. I think that what we're seeking is an experience of being alive, so that our life experiences on the purely physical plane will have resonance within our own inner most being and reality, so that we actually feel the rapture of being alive." Joseph Campbell, Power of Myth
Today it is accepted that we 'as the people of the earth' are not only polluting our world with all the trash, waste, chemicals and by products that we dump where ever and as often as we like with little consideration for the rest of the planet.
We realize as well that the over production of want is depleting our limited supplies in this world. Not only are the resources being used at an accelerated rate, we are affecting negatively the biodynamic balance within this world.
We need to step back and see the big picture with new eyes. Do some research and realize the what we can do to make a difference. It is up to us. Our world is a reflection of what we think and what we do... lets clean up how we are living our lives and help others do the same!
“The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude, to me is more important than facts. THE LEGEND of the 6 Blind Men and the Elephant
There once were 6 blind men who, upon encountering an elephant, gave their own individual assessments of the elephant. The first one happened to fall against the broad and sturdy side of the elephant, and concluded that the elephant is very much like a wall. The second one, feeling the tusk, said the elephant was very much like a spear. The third one happened to take the squirming trunk in his hands, and said the elephant was very much like a snake. The fourth one, reached out and touched the elephant’s knee, and concluded that the elephant is very much like a tree. The fifth one happened to touch the ear, and insisted that the elephant is very much like a fan. And the sixth one seized the swinging tail, and said the elephant is very much like a rope. Each of the blind men was partly right based on his own subjective perception —but at the same time, mostly wrong. The comical part of it all is that their dispute stemmed from utter ignorance because none had ever seen the elephant!
THE SMOKEY MIRRORby Don Miguel Ruiz, The Four Agreements

The mysteries of life are found within the relationships
we experience through all the opportunities we encounter.
This journey starts with 'Knowing Thyself'
and expands through all levels of our existence.
The ebb and flow is the balance of the choices we make which
shapes who we are and the life we choose to live.
The journey of life shapes thy spirit
and brings forth our unique, creative expression. ~

The man who makes everything that leads to happiness depend upon himself, and not upon other men, has adopted the very best plan for living happily. ~
Plato
People say that what we’re all seeking is a meaning for life. I don’t think that’s what we’re really seeking.
I think that what we’re seeking is an experience of being alive, so that our life experiences on the purely physical plane will have resonances within our own innermost being and reality,so that we actually feel the rapture of being alive. ~ Joseph Campbell, Power of Myth
He who is not everyday conquering some fear has not learned the secret of life. ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson
What I really lack is to be clear in my mind what I am to do, not what I am to know, except in so far as a certain knowledge must precede every action. The thing is to understand myself, to see what God really wishes me to do: the thing is to find a truth which is true for me, to find the idea for which I can live and die. ... I certainly do not deny that I still recognize an imperative of knowledge and that through it one can work upon men, but it must be taken up into my life, and that is what I now recognize as the most important thing. ~ Søren Kierkegaard
“To understand the heart and mind of a person, look not at what he has already achieved, but at what he aspires to do.” ~ Kahlil Gibranl
Make the most of yourself, for that is all there is of you. ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson
To know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded. ~
Ralph Waldo Emerson
"Ultimately, man should not ask what the meaning of his life is, but rather he must recognize that it is he who is asked. Each man is questioned by life and can only answer to life by answering for his own life, by being responsible. Irresponsibleness is the essence of human existence." ~ Victor Frankl
Try not to become a man of success, but rather try to become a man of value. ~ Albert Einstein
Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever. ~
Gandhi
Character is higher than intellect. A great soul will be strong to live as well as think. ~
Ralph Waldo Emerson
People are like dirt. They can either nourish you and help you grow as a person or they can stunt your growth and make you wilt and die. ~ Plato
All our progress is an unfolding, like the vegetable bud, you have first an instinct, then an opinion, then a knowledge, as the plant has root, bud and fruit. Trust the instinct to the end, though you can render no reason. ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson
We can easily forgive a child who is afraid of the dark; the real tragedy of life is when men are afraid of the light. ~

Quest of Life
My Journey started with an intuitive relationship with the nature of horses which later expanded to include an understanding of the natural laws of this time and space. Through my working relationship with animals and nature, I developed an acute intellectual understanding that was further amplified by my intuitive knowing to see into complicated, interconnected dynamics that exist in all relationships. My journey has traveled from big cities to small towns, from mainland to remote islands, from northern hemisphere to the southern, from west to east, from the beach to the mountains, and from urban to country. I have traveled through the heart of darkness and climbed the mountain tops to experience the many levels of life. Through my experiences I have come to know that the balanced inner relationship is key to moving beyond surviving in this world to Thrive Right Now!
The Truth that I embrace from my many adventures is that when we clean our psyche and clear our lives, we gain a stronger foothold to navigate this experience that we call life. To live the ‘happy life’ and experience to deepest levels of being begins with a healthy relationship with our selves first and then expands through all the relationships we choose to keep. Since life is interconnected at the utmost energetic level, it's vital to reweave all aspects of life to hold integrity with our core essence in order to fully embrace our highest and most brilliant expression.
Each journey is different; therefore every life is defined by the spirit that shapes it, and in return the life experienced shapes the spirit. This is an ever evolving process. No path or moment is like another. Each is called to learn and grow through all experiences by rising above the immediate of any situation to gain a more complete perspective embracing all potentials. No event is random or meaningless. We decide our own future and our own lives every step of the way. Our discomforts are opportunities to create a better life, and thus a better world.
My challenge to you is to consider what choices you are currently making, what relationships are you keeping and what life do you really want to embrace? When it is all said and done when this journey is over, have you lived the life you wanted to live? Given the choice… what would you do to Thrive Right Now?
